Description
A prestigious building, one of a kind in the commercial hub of Monrovia.
Structured in total 8 floors: Ground Floor conceived as a garage, the First Floor for Commercial activities, the following 5 Floors (from 2 to 6) dedicated to Offices and the Eight, Roof, designed to house a restaurant.
Although the construction will be carried out in separate phases, the project involves construction with the turn-key formula with the use of cutting-edge systems and refined finishes, both for internal and external environments.
