Description
An eight-story executive building, the headquarters of the National Social Security & Welfare Corporation.
The building’s design is completely new for Monrovia’s skyline. The six columns on the main façade are connected by shading devices with a 6 mt length. This element makes the building look amazingly beautiful, original and elegant.
In addition to that, the building is equipped with the most efficient and modern technological system and implants, including a glass panoramic elevator.
Winner of the African Property Awards in June 2019.
Since 2021, Family Pol Business has taken care of the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities and operations of the building, for its structure as well as MEP and special implants.
